considerable number of people who live in cities have been
having difficulty in walking their dogs. They have been
having trouble in walking their dogs to relieve themselves
either because of city law, neighbors who complain, worried
about physical harm from societal predators, disabled individuals
who have problems walking themselves, and the list goes
individuals have the right to companionship and love just
like other people. Yet to these individuals, walking a dog,
is sometimes a serious problem for the reasons mentioned
above and a host of others. What can these people do? Do
they have to either get rid of their animal friends, suffer
hardships worrying about rape or other physical threats,
let the animals just use their apartments as toilets?
Use a pan, whereby the animal can fit in this pan comfortably.
Fill this pan with a couple of inches of clay litter. Don't
use the clumping litter because if an animal has licked
himself that litter will clump and the animal upon cleaning
himself again could ingest said litter. Teach (housebreak)
the animal to utilize the pan. Upon its use, clean it up
and now you don't have to walk the dog any more.
males that need a vertical object to urinate on use a plastic
pole, attach it to the pan, put a shield around it to contain
the spray (plastic of course for easy cleaning) and now
HE DOES NOT HAVE TO BE WALKED EITHER.
though, this area must be kept clean. Litter can be bagged
in plastic and sealed, then placed in the garbage. To clean
the box and the pole use a product that will work: i.e.
everyone can share in the bliss of having a four legged
friend and the four legged friend can feel comfortable in
being able to relieve themselves at will.
